Our products are used by over 2000 franchised dealerships throughout the UK.
We are based in Warwickshire.
The Role
You will be working as a Senior Software Developer and you are someone who is passionate about products and technologies.
You will have strong programming skills with strong knowledge and experience in software design and database design. You are someone who appreciates the need for necessary documentation along with writing clean code. A Senior Software Developer in our team will be cross-functional with the expertise to work on any side of the product from front-end, business logic, data layer and database.
About You
You must have very strong communication skills to express complicated technical problems in simple words and someone who can provide technical leadership and have provided that in the past.
You will need to be a very good team player but when required you will be able to work independently. Mentoring will be expected from you if others within the team require help or guidance.
In our team, a Senior Software Developer must have in-depth knowledge of software architecture, software design patterns on the application and database side.
Our team follow the principles of Agile methodology and practice SCRUM. We expect you to have an understanding of the SCRUM and how teams operate in the framework.
You are expected to work on the following technologies, so you are required to have expertise in most of these technologies.
Code behind : C#, ASP.NET MVC, VB.NET, Web Forms, RESTful APIs
Data: Microsoft SQL Server 2016, T-SQL, JSON, XML
Front end: DevExtreme, jQuery, Boostrap, CSS3, HTML5, Javascript, AJAX
